Agreement with Camping Bocca di Cecina

Competitors in the Italian Championship and in the Sailing Week will be able to take advantage of this agreement with the Bocca di Cecina Campsite which, until March 31, 2020 will apply the special prices and will reserve a dedicated area to the racers.

• The event (culminating in the Italian championship) will take place from Sunday 23 to Saturday 29 August 2020. The championship will take place from 27 to 29 August while the other activities of the sailing week will take place from 23 to 26 August.
• It is expected that 20-30 crews will be made up of two people plus their accompanying persons. In total from 60 to 80 presences, maximum 100. About half of the presences for the whole week, the others starting from the night of Wednesday 26.
• Weekly stays can begin on Saturday 22 August or Sunday 23 August. In conclusion, some people will check out on Saturday evening 29 August, and others on Sunday morning 30/8
• A group of campsites are available near the bungalow area, to promote community life.

BUNGALOW

• List prices
  • bungalow “Lusso A” (max 5 persone) € 115 per day
  • bungalow “Lusso B” (max 3 persone) € 105 per day
• event discount, valid for bookings before March 31st: 15% for a minimum of 3 nights, about 20% for the whole week (7 nights). therefore, Bungalow “Lusso A” for 7 nights € 650 (about € 93/night), Bungalow “Lusso B” € 590 (About € 84/night).
• the price includes bungalow: consumption, bed linen (not towels), kitchen equipment, air conditioning, swimming pool, equipped beach access, umbrella with two deckchairs, final cleaning, 2 parking spaces one of which next to the bungalow the other in the parking lot, use of the platform as described below. – Pets are not allowed.

CAMPSITES (about 100 mq.)

• Event discount, valid for bookings before March 31st: 15% for a minimum of 3 nights, 20% for the whole week (7 nights). Cost assumptions for a campsite for 6 people for 3 days with additional car: € 205,02 (without discount € 241,20)
• Cost assumptions for a campsite for 6 people for 7 days with additional car: € 450,24 (without discount € 562,80).
• Campsite price includes: electricity, services, swimming pool, use of the non-equipped beach, one parking space, use of the platform as described below. minimum two presences required. Pets allowed (price € 4.00 per day to be discounted)

• OTHER SERVICES
• Availability of partially covered platform placed next to the harbor fence. The service includes a 52-inch screen that can be connected to a PC, chairs, etc.

• BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
• The agreed prices are valid for bookings confirmed by March 31, 2020
• 30% advance required on booking confirmation. Payment of the balance at check-in.
• Deposit € 100 for each bungalow requested on arrival, to be returned after checking for any damages at the end of the stay.
